These conditions are the central part of the travel contract between the traveler or the agency or tour operator and Travel Jerusalem “Hla Tours” and represent an obligation for both parties, except if it is defined differently by written contract or travel program.
- By booking or participating in a tour and any related products or services with Travel Jerusalem you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- By booking a Tour you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your party.
THE BOOKING CONTRACT
All Tours offers with guaranteed departure and insured the minimum numbers indicated in each tour. If a departure is not marked as guaranteed, we invite you to register with the free and non-binding option. Once the number of participants reached to minimum numbers and approved, you will receive an email inviting you to validate your registration. In this case, your credit card will be charged only. However, if you book a confirmed tour with guaranteed departure your reservation and payment will be automatically approved.
Our guaranteed departure tours are not private; we bring travellers together from different backgrounds and nationalities on the same tour.
Your booking is confirmed, and a contract exists when Travel Jerusalem issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable full payment or deposit amount, according to the payment requested in the reserved program.
RESERVATIONS AND VOUCHERS
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to the Tour Operator or authorized agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.
CREDIT CARDS
Your Credit Card details are encrypted for safety and may only be used to pay for the services you select. You will be debited for confirmed services only. Credit Card Charges will appear under the name “Hla Tours.”
PAYEMENT
By Credit Card and all other methods of payment indicate on our booking system.
There is no charge or service fee for processing credit-card payments.
Occasionally payment can be accepted by bank transfer if the travel date is far away.
ALL BANK FEES (INCLUDING CORRESPONDENT BANK) SHOULD BE PAID BY THE SENDER

PRICING AND INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS
Prices listed on the Website are per person on USD unless otherwise specified. In each program and tour on our Website, indicated what is included and not included in the price. please read the information carefully.
CANCELLATION FEES
- Cancellation fee of 30% charged for cancellation up to 30 in advance
- Cancellation fee of 50% charged for cancellation from 29-7 days in advance
- Cancellation fee of 75% charged for cancellation less than 7 days up 24h
- Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification less than 24h in advance
- Cancellation on the day tour – No refund.
- Non show – No refund.
CANCELATION FEES IN HIGH SEASON.
(March- April – May. October and November. Christmas and New Year).
- Cancellation fee of 50% charged for notification up to 30 days in advance.
- Cancellation fee of 70% charged for notification up to 7 days in advance.
- Cancellation fee of 80% charged for notification up to 3 days in advance.
- Cancellation fee of 100% charged for notification less than 3 days.
GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE TOUR OPERATOR
A departure date for a Tour offered by travel Jerusalem will become a guaranteed departure when at least one booking secured by a valid deposit has been made on that departure.
Tour confirmation and other are subject to change may not be relied upon for purposes of this guarantee.
If a Tour is cancelled by Travel Jerusalem before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Majeure and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from Travel Jerusalem
* A substitute Tour of equivalent or superior value; or
* A substitute Tour of lesser value if no Tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and to recover from Travel Jerusalem the difference in price between the price of the Tour originally purchased and the substitute Tour; or
* A full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled Tour.
Travel Jerusalem is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, non-refundable flights or other fees, loss of earnings, travel Jerusalem reserves the right to issue a full refund in lieu of the choices above, in its sole discretion. Where a significant element of a Tour as described cannot be provided after departure, the travel Jerusalem will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, travel Jerusalem may provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined in the tour.

Children from 3 to 5 years old
Pay 50% of the adult price. Sharing parents’ room with extra bed
Children 6 to 12 years old
Pay 70% of the adult rate. Sharing parents’ room with extra bed
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas. You must have a passport that is valid 6 months after the last date of travel with the Tour Operator as set out on your itinerary. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or defective documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by the Tour Operator that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.
FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES
You acknowledge that the nature of visits in the Holy Land region, travel requires flexibility and acknowledge that you will permit reasonable alterations to products, services or itineraries by Travel Jerusalem. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of Travel Jerusalem (including but not limited to Force Majeure, illness, mechanical breakdown, strikes, political events and entry or border difficulties). No reimbursements, discounts or refunds will be issued for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of the Tour Operator, including your removal from a Tour because of your negligence or breach of these Terms.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. Travel Jerusalem cannot be held responsible for loss or damage due to force of nature or any other cause. will not be liable in any way for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, or other loss or detriment to person. War act or civil commotions, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Travel Jerusalem; or an event which the organizer or the Third Party Supplier of services, even with all due care, could not foresee any and all of which, individually and collectively, constitute “Force Majeure.
Insurance: accident, health, luggage or repatriation, the travelers should issue their insurance in their country.
We may at our discretion require a person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their conduct to be offensive or to cause annoyance to other travelers or local people and we shall have no further liability for the carriage of such travelers.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Optional Extras” refers to any activity or service not expressly included in the Tour itinerary or price of the tour and which does not form part of the Tour. You agree that any assistance given by the Travel Jerusalem in arranging, selecting, or booking, any optional extras is purely at your request and charge
