Travel Jerusalem conforms to local law and regulations of travel organizers.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0These conditions are the central part of the travel contract between the traveler or the agency or tour operator and Travel Jerusalem\/HLA Tours and represent an obligation for both parties, except if it is defined differently by written contract or travel program.<\/span><\/p>\n The travel contract is a legal act not only to travelers who have accepted and signed, but also for all other individuals mentioned in the travel services of the contract. This means that payment, cancellation and other legal terms are applicable to all mentioned passengers.<\/span><\/p>\n THE BOOKING CONTRACT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n All Tours offers with guaranteed departure and insured the minimum numbers indicated in each tour. If a departure is not marked as guaranteed, we invite you to register with the free and non-binding option. Once the number of participants reached to minimum numbers and approved, you will receive an email inviting you to validate your registration. In this case, your credit card will be charged only. However, if you book a confirmed tour with guaranteed departure your reservation and payment will be automatically approved.<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0Our guaranteed departure tours are not private; we bring travelers together from different backgrounds and nationalities on the same tour.<\/span><\/p>\n Your booking is confirmed, and a contract exists when Travel Jerusalem issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable full payment or deposit amount, according to the payment requested in the reserved program.<\/span><\/p>\n RESERVATIONS AND VOUCHERS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.\u00a0Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to the Tour Operator or authorized agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport.<\/span><\/p>\n CREDIT CARDS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Your credit card details are encrypted for safety and may only be used to pay for the services you select. You will be debited for confirmed services only. Credit card charges will appear under the name HLA Tours<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n PAYMENT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n By Credit Card and all other methods of payment indicate on our booking system.<\/span><\/p>\n There is no charge or service fee for processing credit-card payments.<\/span><\/p>\n Occasionally payment can be accepted by bank transfer if the travel date is far away.<\/span><\/p>\n All bank fees (including correspondent\/intermediary bank fees) should be paid by the sender. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n PAYEMENT TERMS FOR GROUPS, TOUR OPERATORS AND TRAVEL AGENT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n A 30% deposit must be paid upon booking. \u00a0The total payment shall be due at least 4 weeks before the group arrives. The transfer time to be considered is from one week to 10 days. If the traveler or the travel intermediary does not pay before the date set by the travel program, the reservation is considered canceled. Any late payment will result in charges of 10% of the total bill.<\/span><\/p>\n If any other payment methods with a tour operator or travel agency is agreed, for example, the rest of payment can be transfer after customers arrive. If this agreement not respected. Late fees will be imposed on the total of invoice amount. This supplement depends on the delay. In each program and tour on our website, indicated what is included and not included in the price. please read the information carefully.<\/span><\/p>\n CANCELLATION FEES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n CANCELATION FEES IN HIGH SEASON<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n (Considered the months of March, April, May, October and November. Also Christmas and New Year).<\/span><\/p>\n The above conditions do not apply in case of natural disaster, pandemic, and war.<\/span><\/p>\n For geopolitical or logistical reasons, the Tour Operator has the right to cancel a departure or propose alternative date. In this case, full amount paid to the trip organizer will be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE TOUR OPERATOR<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n A departure date for a Tour offered by Travel Jerusalem<\/strong> will become a guaranteed departure when at least one booking secured by a valid deposit has been made on that departure.<\/span><\/p>\n A confirmed trip may be moved or canceled by the organizer if certain conditions are not met.<\/span><\/p>\n If a Tour is cancelled by Travel Jerusalem<\/strong> before the date of departure for reasons other than Force Majeure<\/em> (unpredictable circumstances) and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence, you will have the choice of accepting from Travel Jerusalem: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n * A substitute Tour of equivalent or superior value; or<\/span><\/p>\n * A substitute Tour of lesser value if no Tour of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and to recover from Travel Jerusalem<\/strong> the difference in price between the price of the Tour originally purchased and the substitute Tour; or<\/span><\/p>\n * A full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled Tour.<\/span><\/p>\n Travel Jerusalem<\/strong> is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, non-refundable flights or other fees, loss of earnings, Travel Jerusalem reserves the right to issue a full refund in lieu of the choices above, in its sole discretion. Where a significant element of a Tour as described cannot be provided after departure, the travel Jerusalem will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. Sharing parents’ room with extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n TRAVEL DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n It is your responsibility to obtain information and to have in your possession all the required documentation and identification required for entry, departure and travel to each country or region. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the relevant governmental authorities including all visas. You must have a passport that is valid 6 months after the last date of travel with the Tour Operator as set out on your itinerary. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Tour, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred because of missing or defective documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by the Tour Operator that is a direct result of your failure to secure or be in possession of proper travel documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n VISA AND BORDER CROSSING LIABILITY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Concerning all visa requests, international travel and transit, arrival, destinations, and border crossings, etc, Travel Jerusalem, HLA Tours and any contracted third-party service party cannot be held responsible if a person received a refused visa or access to the country.<\/span><\/p>\n FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Tour participant must acknowledge that due to the nature of visits in the Holy Land region, travel requires flexibility and acknowledge reasonable alterations to products, services or itineraries by Travel Jerusalem should be expected. The route, schedules, accommodations, activities, amenities and mode of transportation are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances or events outside the control of Travel Jerusalem (including but not limited to Force Majeure<\/em>\/unpredictable circumstances, illness, mechanical breakdown, strikes, political events and entry or border difficulties). No reimbursements, discounts or refunds will be issued for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of the Tour Operator, including your removal from a Tour because of negligence or breach of these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Based on necessity and in certain cases preference, the hotels listed in our tours may be replaced by other hotels of the same class at no additional cost. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Accommodations offer in each tour always respect the categories as indicated by local standards: \u00a0a double, twin, triple, family room, or in a single room with single supplement.<\/span><\/p>\n In high season periods, availability in hotels may be limited regarding to high demand. For reasons of unavailability, a chosen hotel may be changed by another. We guarantee the same hotel category provided in the reserved tour or a higher category. If a modification is essential and cannot be made in same category, the customer will be notified and a refund the difference if the booking will be in a lower rated hotel, or will pay the difference if the booking will be in a higher level of hotel. The customer can refuse to travel and request refund of the land services.<\/span><\/p>\n VISITS <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The order of visits may be changed. All locations mentioned in our programs will be visited, except in case of tension in a specific location or due to force majeure. In that case, alternative tours will be offered.<\/span><\/p>\n Please note:<\/strong> visiting certain sites can sometimes be cancelled at the last moment. Indeed, some sites are managed by military authorities, free to block access to the sites.<\/span><\/p>\n LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Tour operator is responsible for contract performance in accordance with expectations that the traveler may reasonably get from the disposals of the contract for travel organization and obligations arising therefrom, regardless of whether these obligations must be met by himself or other service providers, without prejudice to the right of the tour operator to pursue other service providers responsible<\/span><\/p>\n We accept no liability for direct or consequential loss of personal belongings. Travel Jerusalem cannot be held responsible for loss or damage due to force of nature or any other cause. will not be liable in any way for death, bodily injury, illness, damage, or other loss or detriment to person. War, acts of civil unrest, political disturbance, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of Travel Jerusalem; or an event which the organizer or the Third Party Supplier of services, even with all due care, could not foresee any and all of which, individually and collectively, constitute Force Majeure\/unpredictable circumstances.<\/span><\/p>\n INSURANCE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Travel Jerusalem does not offer, sell or provide insurance, and is not responsible for insurance: cancellation, accident and baggage or repatriation. Travelers must provide their own insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n IMAGE AND CONTENT OF OUR WEBSITE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The images and content appearing on travel Jerusalem, and any affiliate sites are copyrighted by HLA Tours, and may not be reproduced, copied, modified, retransmitted, sold or published, in any way without the express prior written permission of travel Jerusalem and HLA Tours.
